css loading error when using htaccess method to change url

Let's example :- when we change url using htaccess method , sometimes  css not loading 

Solution:-  put this line in head tag 

<base href="link of website    ">

example:- <base href="http://newjobdaily.com">

It's checked method it's working . 

If some one have not loading css after this also than i e another error check.
